Welcome to The Bridge

Welcome to Ince Rose Bridge Sports & Community Club. We are proud to be a community-focused club that provides opportunities across a range of sports, bringing people together through participation, development, and shared experiences.

Parking is available on-site; however, capacity may be limited depending on the number of fixtures scheduled. An overflow car park is available behind the club (see map above).

All visitors are asked to park safely and be considerate of neighbouring properties.

From Manchester Road, turn onto Belle Green Lane
Take the first left onto Earl Street
Continue to the end — the overflow car park is directly ahead, behind the club

Pitches & Changing Rooms

The club has two pitches available. Pitch allocations and scheduled kick-off times will be confirmed prior to game day and communicated to teams via their respective team managers.

Changing rooms will be allocated upon arrival. Team managers will be responsible for communicating assigned changing rooms and designated warm-up areas prior to kick-off.

Food will be provided for all players post-match. Team managers must confirm player numbers in advance and communicate any dietary requirements or allergy information to ensure appropriate provision.

The Clubhouse

Our clubhouse provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players, families, visitors and supporters. The facility includes changing rooms, toilet amenities with accessible provision, and a comfortable space for spectators.

A café is available (subject to opening times), along with a bar area offering a range of drinks and snacks.

Dogs welcome — must be kept on a lead
No muddy boots or kit inside the clubhouse
Please dispose of litter in the bins provided
Children must be supervised at all times

Code of Conduct

Ince Rose Bridge Sports and Community Club is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all members, participants, volunteers, and supporters. We uphold the values of respect, integrity, and fair play in all aspects of our operations.

Players

Treat everyone with respect and fairness at all times. Show good sportsmanship on and off the field. Follow rules and respect officials' decisions. Represent the club with pride — no abuse, violence or illegal substances.

Spectators

Support positively — no shouting abuse or negativity. Respect players, coaches, officials and volunteers. Communicate respectfully at all times. No aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

Coaches

Lead by example and act as a role model. Encourage all players and provide constructive feedback. Treat everyone with respect and fairness. Maintain professionalism at all times. No abusive, violent or inappropriate behaviour.

Parents

Encourage all players — including opposition. Avoid negative or critical comments. Respect coaches, officials and other parents. Communicate positively and constructively. Set a good example at all times.

Full Club Standards

Respect for All — Treat everyone with dignity regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or ability. Avoid discriminatory language or behaviours. Embrace diversity.
Sportsmanship & Fair Play — Display good sportsmanship at all times. Adhere to rules and promote fair competition. Accept victory and defeat graciously.
Positive Communication — Communicate respectfully and constructively. Resolve conflicts calmly following established procedures. No gossip or negative commentary.
Personal Conduct — Uphold the reputation and values of the club on and off the premises. No violent, abusive, or aggressive behaviour. No illegal substances.
Safeguarding — Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. Comply with all safeguarding policies. Report any concerns immediately.
Club Policies — Familiarise yourself with and adhere to all club policies. Cooperate fully with club officials and volunteers.
Environmental Responsibility — Respect the club's facilities and surroundings. Dispose of waste responsibly.
Continuous Improvement — Strive for personal and collective growth. Provide constructive feedback and contribute positively.
Contacting the Committee — Submit written requests through your team representative or section chairman. Include relevant details and contact information.

Zero Tolerance Policy: The club operates a zero tolerance policy towards any behaviour that breaches this code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from the club.
