Ince Rose Bridge Sports and Community Club is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all members, participants, volunteers, and supporters. As a community-driven organisation, we uphold the values of respect, integrity, and fair play in all aspects of our operations.
Respect for All
Treat everyone with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or ability.
Avoid discriminatory language, gestures, or behaviours that may offend or marginalise others.
Embrace diversity and celebrate the unique contributions of each member to our club community.
Sportsmanship & Fair Play
Display good sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the field of play.
Adhere to the rules and regulations of the respective sport(s) and promote fair competition.
Accept victory and defeat graciously, showing respect for opponents, officials, and teammates alike.
Positive Communication
Communicate respectfully and constructively with fellow members, coaches, officials, and volunteers.
Resolve conflicts and disagreements in a calm, respectful manner, following established procedures outlined by the club.
Refrain from engaging in gossip, slander, or negative commentary that may undermine team cohesion or community spirit.
Personal Conduct
Conduct oneself in a manner that upholds the reputation and values of the club, both on and off the premises.
Refrain from engaging in any form of violent, abusive, or aggressive behaviour.
Avoid the use of illegal substances, including drugs and performance-enhancing substances, and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Child & Vulnerable Adult Safeguarding
Prioritise the safety, welfare, and well-being of children and vulnerable adults involved in club activities.
Comply with all safeguarding policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the club and relevant authorities.
Report any concerns or suspicions of abuse or neglect to the designated safeguarding officer or appropriate authorities immediately.
Compliance with Club Policies
Familiarise oneself with and adhere to all club policies, procedures, and guidelines, including but not limited to membership, conduct, and disciplinary policies.
Cooperate fully with club officials, administrators, and volunteers in matters pertaining to club governance and operations.
Environmental Responsibility
Respect the club's facilities, equipment, and natural surroundings, and help maintain a clean, safe, and sustainable environment.
Dispose of waste responsibly and minimise the ecological footprint of club activities whenever possible.
Continuous Improvement
Strive for personal and collective growth, both athletically and socially, through active participation, learning, and development.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute positively to the ongoing improvement and advancement of the club.
Contacting the Club Committee
The correct way of contacting the club committee is by submitting a written request through the team representative or the chairman of each section.
Requests should be made in writing and include relevant details and contact information.
Members are encouraged to address any concerns, suggestions, or inquiries through the designated channels to ensure effective communication and resolution.
