Club Officials & Committee
Ince Rose Bridge Sports & Community Club is run entirely by volunteers — nobody on the committee is paid. They give up their evenings and weekends for the love of the club and the Ince community, and together they have spent the last five years driving the transformation of Imperial Fields into a multi-sport community hub for rugby and football, with full funding now secured.
- Chairman: Mark Alder. Mark leads the club and does an enormous amount for it, on and off the field. He has been a driving force behind the Imperial Fields project from day one — five years of hard graft, planning and partnership work alongside Wigan Council, The FA, the Football Foundation and Lancashire FA to secure a lasting home for sport in Ince. Away from the club he is the owner of MA Brickworks, a proud sponsor of Ince Rose Bridge — so he backs the club with his time and his business.
- Vice Chairman: Dean Kenny. Dean is Mark's right-hand man on the committee and part of the team behind Imperial Fields. He also manages the Mini Bridgers — our very youngest players and the future of the club — and has led the club's push to modernise, including the launch of this website.
- Treasurer: Kenneth (Ken) Talbot. Ken looks after every penny the club raises and spends, and was part of the team that secured full funding for Imperial Fields — the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a community club alive.
- Bar Manager: Kathy Alder. Kathy runs the clubhouse bar and keeps everyone fed and watered on matchdays and event nights — the heart of the club's social side, and another volunteer on the Imperial Fields team.
- Committee volunteers: Sam Rowson, Gaz Jones and Jacko. The hands-on crew who keep the club running week in, week out — pitches, events, fixtures and everything in between.
